DAY 1

 

Arrival in King’s Lynn

Our journey begins as we travel to the historic port town of King’s Lynn. After settling in, you could use some free time to visit the impressive King’s Lynn Minster, one of Norfolk’s most beautiful historic churches, explore the town’s fascinating maritime heritage and historic port area before settling in for the evening and enjoying a 3-course meal at our hotel.

 

DAY 2

 

Great Yarmouth Seaside

Visit the classic seaside resort of Great Yarmouth. Wander through the charming Old Town, take a relaxing stroll and explore the picturesque Venetian Waterways – you could even hire a rowing boat. Soak up the lively atmosphere around the Pleasure Beach.

 

 

DAY 3

 

Cromer Market & Steam Railway

Spend time in the delightful coastal town of Cromer, browse the market and take a stroll along the famous Cromer Pier. You may even wish to try one of the town’s famous crab sandwiches.

Later, we enjoy a memorable steam train journey on the heritage North Norfolk Railway, travelling along the beautiful North Norfolk coast to the charming seaside town of Sheringham, where there is time to explore before returning.

 

DAY 4

 

Castle Acre Priory & Homeward Journey

Enjoy the amazing architecture and interactive exhibitions of Castle Acre Priory, one of England’s finest and best-preserved monastic sites. Soak up the peaceful surroundings before continuing the journey home, taking with us wonderful memories of Norfolk’s charming coast and historic towns.
