Join us as we rewind time and take you back to the past to ride a historic steam train!

Relax and unwind as you travel through the tranquil, rolling hills of the Purbeck countryside, leading you into spectacular views of the Jurassic coastline. No ride upon the Swanage steam train would be complete without a visit the thousand-year-old Corfe Castle. Delve into the history of the English Civil War as you chase ghosts of the past around the ancient ruins.

Explore the seaside town of Swanage, with familiar stores lined along the high street and rare, unique independent shops for a truly special souvenir. Don’t forget your bucket and spade! Swanage beach is a glorious golden sand beach, perfect for building sandcastles! If the beach isn’t for you, then why not walk one of the local trails where you can spot some amazing wildlife, or discover one of the many traditional pubs or tearooms for a melt in your mouth cream tea!
