St Albans Market & Explorer Day

ST ALBANS MARKET & EXPLORER DAY

SATURDAY 14TH MARCH

St Alban’s market is steeped in history with a special Royal Charter granted in 1553. The market today offers an excellent experience and compliments the local established shops within the town. The stunning and very interesting Cathedral has the longest nave in England and is a site of national pilgrimage and with just a 6minute walk from the market you can find time to visit for free.

Refreshments – many cafes and restaurants for both a coffee and lunch are available

Accessibility – as expected within a town centre. The Cathedral has ramps or sloped access where appropriate.
